No. For new projects our fee is paid by the developer, so you pay the same price as booking directly.
Can I visit a project before I decide?

How do I get the full cost sheet, payment plan and brochure?

Are the projects RERA registered?
Every project we share comes with its RERA registration details. You can see them on each project card and verify them on the Karnataka RERA website.
Which areas do you cover?

Can you help with a home loan?
